 Game Format

·       Each game will consist of 3 rounds.

·       Round 1: each team gets 10 reps on offense and 10 reps on defense.

·       Round 2: each team gets 10 reps on offense and 10 reps on defense.

·       Round 3: each team gets 10 reps on offense and 10 reps on defense(CASH MONEY ROUND).

·       Cash Money Round:  Points count as double.

·       Offense will start from the left offensive tackle and finish with the right offensive tackle.  Then start from the right offensive tackle and finish with the left offensive tackle coming back.  Which means the only player going 2 reps in a row will be the right tackle.  Each round is completed when all 5 linemen have had 2 reps each.

·       Only 1 offensive linemen vs 1 defensive linemen will compete at any given time.  Before each rep can begin, all offensive linemen must be in a 2-point stance.

·       Offensive linemen are required to have a split of 2 feet between each other before any rep can begin.

·       Offensive lineman not in the rep can stand still but are not allowed to chip.

·       Each rep will begin with the offensive lineman’s first movement.  A 3 second timer starts on movement of the offensive player.  The defender is trying to get to the bag to touch it before the 3 second timer beeps.

·       Each athlete can choose to compete in either a 3-point or 2-point stance.

·       Defense has 3 seconds to beat the offense and make a sack.

 Point Values

·       2 points are awarded to the defense for touching or knocking over the bag.

·       Points count as double in the 3rd and final round, known as “Cash Money” round.
