#brAvery Tour

We are proud to announce our affiliation with the Huffman family.  Our 7on7 Tour is named after Avery Huffman, and proceeds from all tournament locations will go to the Avery Huffman Defeat DIPG Foundation.  There are 2 slogans that are used as hashtags when talking on social media about Avery Huffman, and those are: #AveryStrong and #brAvery.

On June 30th, 2015 Avery Huffman was diagnosed with DIPG.  This is a rare form of brain tumor and is 100% fatal.  Upon receiving this news Avery and her parents were informed that she would only have a few months to live.  She was 6 years old at the time. For 8 months she fought valiantly.  But eventually, as with all cases of DIPG, Avery lost her battle.  On February 16th, 2016 Avery Hayden Huffman entered Heaven.

After her death, the Avery Huffman Defeat DIPG Foundation was formed.  Her parents, Brandon and Amanda Huffman, set this up to raise money for research and awareness.  The goal is to someday find a cure, and in the meantime develop better forms of treatment and medications.  Through proceeds from our Tournament Tour, we hope to help contribute to these solutions.
