7on7 Association Age Policies

For the 2025 season here is a breakdown of all 5 of our age groups and how the age divisions break down.

*3/4th grade DIVISION OR 10u by the date of January 1st of current year

*5/6th grade DIVISION OR 12u by the date of January 1st of current year

*7/8th grade DIVISION OR 14u by the date of January 1st of current year

*Freshmen DIVISION OR 15u by the date of January 1st of current year

*High School DIVISION is ANYONE CURRENTLY IN HIGH SCHOOL - - - TEAMS ARE ALLOWED UP TO 4 CURRENT SENIORS PER TEAM
