7on7 Association Age Policies

For the 2026 season here is all 5 of our age groups and how the age divisions break down.

*3RD/4th grade DIVISION - - 1oU - - AKA 10 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER by the date of January 1st, 2026

FOR EXAMPLE - YOU CAN TURN 11 IN 2026… BUT YOU CAN’T BE 11 ON JANUARY 1ST 2026 AND PLAY IN THIS DIVISION

*5TH/6th grade DIVISION - - 12U - - AKA 12 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER by the date of January 1st, 2o26

*7TH/8th grade DIVISION - - 14U - - AKA 14 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER by the date of January 1st, 2026

*Freshmen DIVISION - - 15U - - AKA 15 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER by the date of January 1st, 2026

*High School DIVISION - - 18U - - AKA 18 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER BY THE DATE OF JANUARY 1ST, 2026 - - - TEAMS ARE ALLOWED UP TO 4 CURRENT SENIORS PER TEAM
